Can I buy directly from you?

Yes! Product is available to be purchased direct from our online shop or through some of the best boat and boating accessory retailers around the country. What happens once I place my order?

When you complete your payment, you will receive an email advising you that we are processing your order. We will contact you by email or phone in the event that we need further information from you, or if there is a problem with your order. You will be charged when your order is shipped.

What shipping options does Wet Sounds offer?

  • Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $99 to the continental United States.
  • Expedited shipping methods such as 2-Day and Overnight are always available at great rates! We use trusted companies such as FedEx and UPS to ensure that your order is handled with care and without delay.

What is your Return & Warranty Policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event the product you purchased from Wet Sounds is damaged in shipping, fails before the end of the two-year warranty period, or you simply want to return it, email warranty@wetsounds.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We cannot accept returned items without an RMA.

  • 30-Day Return Policy – Even opened items are eligible (product should be complete with all packaging and manuals intact to avoid a restocking fee).
  • Special-order or custom items may be non-cancelable, non-returnable, or subject to a restocking fee (handled case-by-case).
  • Damaged in Shipping or Dead on Arrival (DOA) – Notify us immediately at warranty@wetsounds.com.
  • Warranty – Most products include a full 2-year manufacturer warranty (90 days on refurbished items). Provide your info, proof of purchase, serial number (if available), and issue description to start the process.

Product Condition Definitions

  • New – Brand new, unused, no signs of wear. Full manufacturer warranty. Original packaging (may be opened for configuration).
  • Certified Refurbished – Professionally restored to factory specs by Wet Sounds or approved vendor. Full manufacturer warranty, excellent condition.
  • Refurbished – Restored by Wet Sounds or third party. 90-day Wet Sounds warranty, excellent working condition.

Can I get Wet Sounds products with my own branding?

Yes! Our Custom Shop can put your logo or artwork on premium marine audio so your customers can rep your brand on the water.
