Boat lovers from Florida and the rest of the United States flock to West Palm Beach every spring for the annual Palm Beach International Boat Show. The event showcases the latest boats and accessories and gives fans a chance to mix and mingle with like-minded boat enthusiasts. In this article, we will tell you everything you need to know about one of the country's largest and most popular boat shows.
About the Palm Beach Boat Show
Launched in 1986, the annual Palm Beach International Boat Show is one of the country's leading boating events. Held over four days, the event features more than $1.2 billion worth of boats and boating accessories.
Attendees can admire hundreds of boats ranging from small 8-foot inflatables to lavish super yachts. Vessels from Riva Motorsports, Lenton Yachts, Intrepid Powerboats, and Grand Banks Yachts are all slated to appear in 2022. The show also features a full range of accessories to trick out your own vessel such as radios, amplifiers, speakers, and other marine audio items. Sailing paraphernalia and nautical-themed clothes complement the other items on offer. Visit the Palm Beach International Boat Show website for an up-to-date list of exhibitors.
While the boats and accessories are the stars of the show, there's much more to this annual event. The Palm Beach Boat Show is famous for its floating cocktail lounges. Live music and free-flowing refreshments encourage guests to let their hair down and soak up the coastal atmosphere. While there's plenty of adult fun, kids aren't forgotten. They'll love the free kids' fishing clinics and AquaZone with thrilling demos of aerial aquabatics, paddle boarding, and much more.
The Palm Beach International Boat Show attracts a range of attendees every year. Many visitors come intending to buy a new boat or kit out their current vessel. However, the show also attracts people who simply want to soak up the atmosphere. Whether you're a current boat owner or you've always dreamed of manning your own vessel, the Palm Beach International Boat Show welcomes you.
